Change in a Director's role

It has been previously announced that Mr John Stace, Vice Chairman of Amlin, will retire from executive office at Amlin on 31 December 2003.
Mr Stace has now accepted an invitation from the Board to remain Vice Chairman, but in a non-executive capacity, from 1 January 2004 until Amlin's Annual General Meeting in late May 2004, when he will leave the Board. This is in line with his re-election to the Board in May 2003 for a term of office of one year only.
