Amlin’s goal is to be the place to work in the London insurance industry. This is reflected in our employee offering, including a strong commitment to good employment practices such as training and development via Amlin Academy.
We realise the value of the opinions and ideas of our employees and, in 2004, set up the Amlin Consultation Forum to enhance our ability to exchange information with the elected representatives of that group.
In March 2005, Amlin Insurance Services, our Chelmsford operation, was awarded the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Standard for the third time.
We have conducted two Employee Opinion Surveys, first in 2004 and again in 2006. Both times, Amlin signficantly outperformed our financial services peer group and even, the Ipsos MORI top 10 companies on selected questions.
