Overview

Amlin is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is owned by a broad set of institutional and private investors.

In 2008 Amlin delivered a robust performance, despite the impact of major hurricanes and the economic crisis.  The Group made a profit before tax of £121.6 million and, after tax, this was equivalent to a return on equity of 7.8%.   Group net assets increased by 15.6% in 2008 to £1,216.1 million.
